Hotel Gajoen Tokyo will hold a limited-quantity “Strawberry Afternoon Tea” using an abundance of seasonal strawberries at New American Grill “KANADE TERRACE” on the first floor of the hotel. The period is from January 6 to January 31 and February 15 to March 15, 2024, and the hours are from 15:00 to 17:30 (last order) on each day.
The sweets include “Strawberry and White Bean Paste Verrine,” which is layered with strawberry pulp, strawberry jelly, and white bean paste in a sauce made only from strawberry juice and sugar, and served with yuzu jelly; “Phrase Mont Blanc,” a thin layer of strawberry confiture in a red wine biscuit with a single strawberry crepe; the cute-looking ” Flaise Canelé” with a cute appearance.
Four types of savories will be offered, including the “Strawberry Sandwich,” which is a strawberry fruit sandwich made with brioche and cream mixed with mascarpone cheese, dill and hazelnuts, and “Strawberry and Mozzarella Caprese,” with basil pesto submerged in the bottom to highlight the red fruit’s presence.
The beverages are free for refills, and you can choose from a variety of seasonal original blended teas such as strawberry hojicha, strawberry rose tea, and strawberry royal milk tea, as well as coffee and tea.
