Seibu Prince Hotel Worldwide announced plans to open a new hotel under the Prince Hotel brand in Momodohama, Sagara-ku, Fukuoka City, in the spring of 2026.
The project will have 20 floors and 229 rooms, and will also include a fitness gym, club lounge, and multipurpose hall. The hotel will be located near the coastal area of Hakata Bay, with an attractive ocean view. By opening in Fukuoka Prefecture, which is close to the continent, the company aims to further increase brand recognition.
