APA Group announced plans for APA Hotel in Sotokanda 3-chome, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, scheduled to open in summer 2024, with Tokyo Tatemono acquiring the hotel under construction.
Located along Chuo-dori Avenue, about 6 minutes on foot from Akihabara Station and about 2 minutes from Suehirocho Station, the 14-story building has a total of 205 rooms.
The company currently operates four buildings with 603 rooms in the Akihabara area: Akihabara Station Mae, Akihabara Station Electric Town Exit, Akihabara Station North, and Akihabara Station East.
