Lilo Vacations opened Japan’s first hotel for sale, BLISSTIA Hakone Sengokuhara (29-1 Sengokuhara, Hakone-cho, Ashigarashita-gun, Kanagawa Prefecture), on December 15.
A condominium hotel is a facility where rooms owned by each owner are offered as a hotel for the general public. The four-story building with one basement level, all rooms are suites, combining “hotel condominiums” (38 rooms/approx. 50-60m2) with a capacity of 4 persons and “hotel residences” (25 rooms/approx. 55-80m2) with a capacity of 4 to 6 persons.
The hotel offers a wide range of spaces to relax, including a large Owakudani hot spring bath and an open-air bath, a fireplace, and a terrace after the bath. At the kotei café/restaurant, you can enjoy crepe Suzette flambéed in front of your eyes and herb tea that you can choose according to your physical condition and mood.
As a commemorative sale to celebrate the opening, the hotel will offer a hotel condominium plan including dinner and a premium course for 33,000 yen and up (room for two), a discount of 5,500 yen per person from the regular price.
