Tokyo Disneyland will host a new event series, “Disney Palpalooza,” from January 10 to March 19, 2024.
The first event is titled “Minnie’s Funderland,” a fantasy world full of Minnie Mouse’s favorite things that she dreamed of, which can be enjoyed throughout the entire park. New pop and cute decorations have been unveiled.
The entrance will be a “Minnie flower bed” with pink-colored violas and various other flowers. Next, a large ribbon-shaped monument will be installed in the center of the World Bazaar. On the other side, Mickey Mouse and Pluto are dressed up in clothes given to them by Minnie Mouse.
The area past the World Bazaar to Cinderella Castle is also decorated in dotted pink. Even the rasols, benches, and trash cans have been transformed into Minnie Mouse colors. The space is filled with dots and hearts.
In addition, the plaza floor in front of Cinderella Castle and leading up to the castle will be decorated with a pink carpet with dotted designs, just like a runway! Guests will be greeted by a heart symbol with the words “Minnie’s Funderland” and Minnie Mouse and her friends.
During this period, some restaurants will also be decorated in the image of Minnie Mouse. The bubbles in three “hand washing areas” in Tokyo Disneyland will be Minnie-shaped, so you can enjoy washing your hands before meals with all things Minnie.
