From New Year’s Eve to three days of the New Year, the area around the shrine will be closed to vehicles and one-way streets will be closed due to expected congestion. Nishinippon Railroad will operate temporary train and bus services to Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine during the year-end and New Year’s holidays.
