Hilton Tokyo Odaiba, “Hokkaido Festival & Strawberry Sweets Buffet” featuring Hokkaido crab, scallops and seasonal strawberries

Posted on 2023-12-292024-01-07 by Editor in Chief

Hotel Management Japan, operator of Hilton Tokyo Odaiba (1-9-1 Daiba, Minato-ku, Tokyo), will hold the “Hokkaido Festival & Strawberry Sweets Buffet” from January 10 to March 31, 2024, where guests can enjoy Hokkaido ingredients such as crab and scallops, and strawberry sweets.

The food menu features moderately fatty hokke carpaccio, sweet and spicy “Hokkaido spare ribs with Genghis Khan sauce,” “Okhotsk Kitami salt fried noodles” with vegetables and large scallops, and “grilled tuna kama-yaki” seasoned with oyster soy sauce from Atsugishi. Live stations will offer roast beef, seafood and pork bowls, and on weekends only, raclette cheese.

In the dessert area, strawberry sweets will be served buffet style. The pink Mont Blanc with the image of a bear, with white chocolate cream and strawberry and berry jelly on the inside, wrapped in strawberry rare cheese cake on the outside, and strawberry choux train with four kinds of cream on top are just some of the delicacies on offer.

For the “Hajimari no Ippin” (beginning dish) to start off the meal, the restaurant will offer a “strawberry eating contest” at lunch time and a “seafood plate” with red snow crab, scallops, clams, and boiled Arimaegi prawns at dinner time.
