Tokyo Disney Resort 40th Anniversary “Dream Go Round” is currently underway until March 31. Special menus have been offered since the end of December for the grand finale of the anniversary year.
During the Grand Finale, there are also special menus that allow guests to feel the connection between the park and the guests who visit. This time, we would like to introduce the “Special Course with Paired Wine” (18,000 yen) at Magellan’s, which lets you imagine the background story of the restaurant.
The restaurant Magellan’s was created in honor of Magellan, the great adventurer who led the first trip around the world. The limited-edition menu is inspired by the areas that Magellan and his adventurers may have traveled. The course is designed to offer a variety of tastes.
The “King Crab and King Salmon Seviche” is a dish that evokes the image of the beginning of a journey, with the blue sea as a jelly and the sailing ship as a caviar tart. The “Lobster and Anglerfish Bouillabaisse,” a Southeast Asian-style bouillabaisse, and the “Duck Gizzard Confit and Hummus Salad with Nepalese Spices” are just a few of the delicacies from around the world that will be brought to your table one after another.
The journey of tasting the world comes to an end with the main course, “Poiret of Japanese Beef Fillet with Moussaka and Apicius Sauce,” served with moussaka, a typical African dish, and the design is “Chocolate Cream and Orange Compote with Meadowsweet, Basque Cheesecake with Lemon Sherbet.
Each menu comes with a glass of wine carefully selected by the sommelier. You can enjoy the perfect marriage with your meal and have an exceptional time. Be sure to take advantage of “Priority Seating” to ensure a smooth entry. This service is available until March 31.
