Snow Peak will release the Field Trailer, a large cargo trailer with a roof-top tent, in spring 2024. The price is 2,618,000 yen, excluding hitch member installation and vehicle registration fees.
The tent can be easily set up by simply pulling the pulleys and ropes, and when unfolded, the space is large enough for four adults to relax in. The out-frame construction allows the tent to be removed from the cargo area, making it possible to remove the tent and dry it separately when it gets wet in the rain.
The cargo has a maximum load capacity of 200 kg and can carry a variety of camping gear, including bicycles. After setting up the tent in the field, the private vehicle can be separated and used to go out freely.
