Tokyu Corporation will implement a timetable revision on March 16. The revision will apply to the Toyoko Line, the Meguro Line, and the Tokyu Shin-Yokohama Line, and there will be no revision on other lines such as the Denentoshi Line and the Oimachi Line.

On the Toyoko Line, the number of downbound local trains will be increased on weekday evenings and at night. One more train will run between Shibuya and Kikuna at 18:00 on weekdays, and two express trains to Musashi Kosugi at 20:00 on weekdays will be changed to nonstop trains at each station.

On the Meguro Line and Tokyu Shin-Yokohama Line, the number of trains between the two stations will be increased, with trains that used to run to and from Hiyoshi Station now running to and from Shin-Yokohama Station. The number of trains between the two stations will be increased by approximately two round trips per hour between 10:00 and 16:00 on weekdays and between 9:00 and 18:00 on weekends and holidays, and by one round trip on weekdays between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
