Mitsubishi Estate has begun construction of a new building in the Dogenzaka 2-chome South Urban Area Redevelopment Project, scheduled for completion in February 2027.
It consists of a 30-story office building and an 11-story hotel building, and aims to create a network connecting Dogenzaka 1-chome and 2-chome areas. The building will be directly connected to Keio Dentetsu’s Shibuya Station to improve circulation, and disaster prevention functions will be enhanced by providing temporary accommodation facilities for people who have difficulty returning home.
The hotel wing will house a hotel operated by Take and Give Needs (T&G) and is scheduled to open in summer 2027. It will be a luxury boutique hotel with a rooftop pool and restaurant.
