Kyoritsu Maintenance Co., Ltd. opened a premium Japanese-style hotel with tatami mats throughout, “Natural Hot Spring Ryoten-no-Yu Oyado Nono Asakusa Villa” (2-7-26 Asakusa, Taito-ku, Tokyo).
This is the third property of the Dormy Inn chain to open in the Asakusa area and the second under the “Oyado Nono” brand. It is located about a 4-minute walk from Asakusa Station on the Tsukuba Express Line, close to Sensoji Temple and Asakusa Hanayashiki.
The hotel has 9 floors above ground and 1 below, with a total of 117 rooms (30 double rooms, 14 twin rooms, 16 triple rooms, 15 deluxe triple rooms, 16 queen rooms, 19 superior queen rooms, 5 king rooms, and 2 universal rooms).
The building is equipped with a large bathhouse where visitors can enjoy natural black hot spring water, an open-air sunken bath, a high-temperature dry sauna with self-launge, a 90-cm-deep strong cold-water bath, and an outdoor air bath space. There is also an after-bath area, a manga corner, and a laundry corner.
For breakfast, the restaurant will serve “Kaisen Tamatebako” with seasonal seafood, a local dish “Gyunabe” (beef hot pot), and a Japanese/Western semi-buffet.
In addition, a commemorative plan for the opening of the hotel will be on sale from January 16 to March 31. Rates start at 17,800 yen for a double room for one person (including breakfast) and 13,550 yen for a double room for two people (including breakfast). Rates are subject to change depending on the season and day of the week.
