FamilyMart Co., Ltd. announced that the number of EXTEC’s “simple exchange” foreign currency exchange machines installed in its stores has surpassed 115, the most of any convenience store.
It can exchange 14 currencies (bills) into Japanese yen and supports 15 languages, covering 95% of foreign visitors to Japan. In addition, the monthly amount of money exchanged per unit has increased to 120% compared to 2019 before Corona due to the recovery of inbound demand.
