Mahoudokoro is a store operated by Warner Bros. Consumer Products specializing in official Wizarding World products from the “Harry Potter” and “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” movies. The shop sells household goods and apparel based on the concept of “a little bit closer to the Wizarding World.
The new “Fred and George Series” features colors and designs based on the twins’ initials and the signage of Weasley Wizard Wheezes, a store specializing in pranks founded by the two.
The centerpiece of the collection, the “Russell Athletic Trainers,” was inspired by the sweaters that Aunt Weasley knitted for the pair, with their initials “F” and “G” prominently displayed on the front.
An “H” and “R” version is also available, also inspired by the initial knit that Harry and Ron received from their Aunt Weasley. The hems of each pattern feature the Russell Athletic logo and the Gryffindor dormitory lion.
While the design pays homage to items that appear in movies, the brand is said to have created authentic trainers that focus on comfort as only a well-established brand can.
