Royal Park Hotel (2-1-1 Kakigaracho, Nihonbashi-Kakigaracho, Chuo-ku, Tokyo) will offer “Citrus and Honey Afternoon Tea” in March and “Chocomint Afternoon Tea” in April. The venue is Lobby Lounge “Fontaine” on the first floor of the hotel.
Citrus and Honey Afternoon Tea welcomes you with a chocolate crafted bear made of lemon chocolate in a beehive. The chocolatier is also particular about the glossy honey-inspired napage.
Also on the upper tier is a glass dessert decorated with grapefruit, pink grapefruit and blood orange and finished with a bergamot jelly.
The middle tier will feature a lineup of sweets, including lemon cake made from the peel of Hachijo fruit lemons with mild acidity, Kiyomi orange tart marinated in honey, and florentine with the aroma of lavender honey.
Savory items include kumquat and duck compote, caramelized cheese terrine with cream cheese and honey, and other items that incorporate the charms of various citrus fruits and honey.
