NEOS Trading is selling the Voltgo PPS1500, a portable power supply from Voltgo, through February 25 on the support purchase site Makuake. The general sales price is 169,980 yen (including shipping), but the company is also offering discounts of up to 38%, including a “super-ultra-early-bird discount.

The use of a lithium-ion iron phosphate (LiFeP04) battery enables full recharging in 1.3 hours, despite its maximum capacity of 1500Wh. The design states that the battery can be recharged 3,000 times, which calculates to more than 8 years of use if recharged once a day. The maximum output power is 1200W, and it is equipped with USB Type-A/C and cigar socket output ports as well as household electrical outlets. The chargeable temperature is 0°C to 40°C, and the usable temperature is -20°C to 45°C.

In addition, the main unit is equipped with an LED light and an insect repellent light. The device is also equipped with an automatic fire extinguishing function in the event of battery ignition, thus preventing accidents. In addition, a solar panel for recharging the battery is available as an option (tentative retail price: 60,900 yen, including shipping).
