The Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho (1-2 Kioicho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) will offer SAKURA Bloom Parfait, a parfait recommended for the cherry blossom season, from March 15 to April 15.
The parfait glass is layered with cherry-flavored tapioca, honey citron jelly, strawberry sorbet, cherry bean custard cream and white chocolate cream, and textured crumble.
The top is a “cherry blossom carpet” with strawberry sauce, topped with macaroons, fromage blanc semifreddo, chocolate and candy cherry blossom branches and petals, and a little bird in a cookie.
They can also enjoy changing the taste with molasses and amazake syrup and cherry meringue.
