Asamizu Company has begun accepting reservations for the “Series E8 Yamagata Shinkansen Pocket Watch” (8,800 yen), which will be accepted at the TOY TIME Rakuten Ichiba store and shipped sequentially from early March.
This product commemorates the debut of the new Shinkansen “E8 Series Yamagata Shinkansen” and was produced in a limited edition of 200 pieces. The dial is antique gold with a diagonal front view of the E8 Series Yamagata Shinkansen, and the back of the watch is engraved with the western calendar and the name of the Shinkansen to commemorate its debut.
Each will also come with a plate with one of the serial numbers from 001 to 200 (the number cannot be chosen). The exclusive box also features the words “SERIES E8” in gold-colored foil stamping. The dial is approximately 4.8 cm in diameter, the chain is approximately 37.5 cm, and the serial number plate is approximately 1.5 x 2.8 cm.
Regular sales are scheduled to begin on March 16, the day of its debut.
