JINS Campaign: Price of “JINS PROTECT” anti-pollen glasses changes daily depending on the amount of airborne pollen.

Posted on 2024-02-212024-03-07 by Editor in Chief

Jins will conduct a campaign in which the price of “JINS PROTECT” anti-pollen, dryness, and droplet protection glasses will be changed according to the amount of pollen flying around. The campaign will run from February 22 to March 6 and will be available at stores in 46 prefectures. The same campaign will also be conducted at “JINS GO,” a mobile eyeglass sales van, during certain dates.

The 2024 model of JINS PROTECT has a pollen blocking rate of up to 99% or higher, which is claimed to be the strongest in the company’s history. The shape of the hood that fills the gap between the face and frame has been made to fit the curve of the forehead for a better fit, and the gap between the nose has also been minimized by thickening the bridge.

The regular price is 3300 yen for JINS PROTECT BASIC, KIDS, and JUNIOR, and 5500 yen for MOIST and FINE, but if the pollen count on the previous day was “slightly high, high, or very high,” the prices are reduced to 3200 yen and 5400 yen respectively, and 3000 yen and 5000 yen for “extremely high. If the pollen count is “extremely high,” the price drops to 3,000 and 5,000 yen.
