APA Hotel opened “APA Hotel Stay ” (6-1 Kuboshinmachi, Toyama City, Toyama Prefecture) on February 22.

The first Apa Hotels & Resorts to adopt the “All Inclusive Service,” which includes all meals, drinks, sauna, parking, VOD, etc. in the room rate.

All guest rooms have been redesigned to “new urban hotel” specifications, with all rooms equipped with a 50-inch or larger LCD TV and APA Hotel’s original “Cloud Fit” beds.

Number of guest rooms:

[Standard Room] 118 rooms (1400mm width/1 bed)

[DENBA space single room] 3 rooms (1400mm width/1 bed)

[Standard twin room] 124 rooms (1200mm width/2 beds)

[Deluxe Twin Room] 6 rooms (1200mm width/2 beds)

[Triple Room] 22 rooms (1000mm width/2 beds + extra bed)

[Suite] 1 room (1200mm width/2 beds)

A complimentary breakfast buffet featuring local ingredients is offered exclusively to hotel guests. In addition to freshly fried white shrimp kakiage and pickled yellowtail bowls served daily, the buffet also features a large lineup of seasonal daily specialties, such as takikomi gohan with Japanese red snow crab (available for a limited time until March 31st for a draft), which commemorates the opening, and freshly fried firefly squid tempura, which is changed daily.

Lounge “Ao”, which is also the breakfast room, is a versatile common space that can be used for various occasions, inspired by the rich and beautiful Toyama sea and the colors of the Tateyama mountain range. After check-in, you can enjoy a welcome drink, snacks, and ice bar, and you can also use it as a workspace as it is equipped with power outlets and Wi-Fi. Alcohol is served free of charge (except draft beer and locally brewed sake) during evening hours (18:00-22:00), and from 21:00-22:00, APA President’s Curry is served free of charge as an evening meal.

The second floor features a new sauna, “Itadaki. It is equipped with a “high-quality sauna room,” a “natural groundwater water bath,” and a “well-equipped external air bath/inner air bath space,” providing an environment where users can concentrate on their sauna experience and get in shape both physically and mentally. The main auto-laulu sauna room is humid enough to warm the body easily, and the men’s side is equipped with an auto-aufguss function that automatically blows air from a blower fan installed on the ceiling, allowing them to enjoy the heat waves.

There are also private self-launched sauna rooms (4 for men and 1 for women), allowing visitors to enjoy sauna at their own pace. The water baths feature colorful Shigaraki-ware ceramic baths for one person (five for men and two for women), so you can enjoy the natural underground water all to yourself.

The men’s sauna is equipped with the largest outdoor and indoor air bath spaces in Toyama City. Indirect lighting around the bathtub and water bath is equipped with relaxing blue lights that are expected to have a serotonin secretion effect so that guests can get a good night’s sleep after sauna. The sauna is available not only for overnight stays, but also for day-trip sauna plans A (plan with room use) and B (plan with sauna and rest space use only).

Hours of Operation:

[Guests] 6:00 – 9:00, 11:00 – 24:00

[Day] 11:00-18:00 (last admission at 17:00) *Up to 4 hours of use

Fee:

[Guests] Free of charge

[Day trip] 4 hours, 1,000 yen *Opening of day-trip sauna starts on February 23.

Restspace “Fumoto” will be installed as a space to heal mind and body after sauna. The popular massage chair “Anma-Oh,” which is like space travel, can be used free of charge! The “Weightless Massage Anma-Oh” is available free of charge, as well as an automatic blood pressure meter, the latest comics, and e-books with weekly magazines and newspapers. In addition, there are four men’s and two women’s laundries (free washing machines and dryers for a fee), which are useful for long-term stays. In addition to the overnight stay plan, the one-day sauna plans A and B are also available.
