Tower Records Japan will open the “TOWER VINYL Umeda Store” (10-12 Chayamachi, Kita-ku, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture), a specialty record store, on March 30.
Located on the third floor of the same building as the Tower Records Umeda NU Chayamachi store, the store plans to offer approximately 30,000 new releases and other titles in a sales floor area of 56 tsubo.
Various campaigns will be held to celebrate the opening. The collaboration with “Recosuke-kun” includes not only posters, but also trading can badges, stickers, and shoppers. A limited number of these will be distributed as gifts to purchasers.
In the opening campaign, during the nine-day period from March 30 to April 7, not only will customers earn 5 times the normal d-points, but they will also receive 10% Tower Records points. In addition, 15% points will be returned for purchases of 10,000 yen or more including tax, and up to 20% points will be returned for purchases of 10,000 yen or more including tax.
Also, from March 30 to May 6, imported analogs will be available at special prices.
