Posted on 2024-02-282024-03-16 by Editor in Chief

Navitime Japan will support the display of available ticket information on the “NAVITIME Transit” application (Android/iOS version).

NAVITIME Transit” is a transfer guide service that allows users to search for transfers and view route maps of trains, buses, ferries, and other public transportation systems around the world offline. Based on route maps created uniquely for each area, users can search for transfers while viewing station locations and other information in 18 languages.

A new function has been added to the route search results screen that allows the user to check the available ticket information (IC card/credit card/ticket, etc.) and information on how to use and purchase tickets for each route. If there is a ticket that can be purchased online, it can also be purchased via the “Klook” reservation service.

The app also displays available ticket information tied to the route, so it can be quickly checked on the app if it is difficult to open a guidebook or look it up on multiple Web sites.

Five areas are supported: Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore, and Malaysia. In addition to Japanese, a total of 18 languages are supported, including English, Chinese (traditional)/Chinese (simplified)/Thai.
