This event will be held in conjunction with the closing of “Space Mountain,” a long-time favorite of the park, on July 31, 2024, as it will undergo a new incarnation in 2027. The new Space Mountain will be on sale at “Planet M” from April 8, 2012.
Tokyo Disneyland will hold the special event “Celebrating Space Mountain: The Final Ignition! will be held from April 9 to July 31.

The newly released items feature designs that will bring back memories of the past and anticipation of new evolution. Fans will be delighted by the colors and shapes that are typical of Space Mountain.
The cool “catsuits” (2,200 yen) with sequins, attraction modeling, and space ribbons, and the “wristbands” (800 yen), which are luminescent and glow in the dark, are must-haves.
The “Glowing Toy” (2,600 yen), featuring Mickey Mouse in his cool costume and the attraction’s logo, glows in seven different colors.
