The Mysterious Island menu at the Tokyo DisneySea Food & Wine Festival is full of revolutionary flavors, just like Miss I!

Tokyo DisneySea will hold the “Tokyo DisneySea Food & Wine Festival,” a special event themed “Explore the World with Food,” from April 1 to June 30.

The event will feature limited-time menus inspired by the eight themed ports! A wide variety of special menus that are perfect with alcohol will be available to welcome guests.

Mysterious Island, where genius scientist Captain Nemo’s menacing scientific laboratory is hidden, offers a menu developed around the theme of “invention” and “research. The “Chicken Roll (Beet Sauce & Mango)” (800 yen) was inspired by a scientist’s research to create something new by mixing different ingredients. The sauce is an unexpected combination of sugar beet and mango, which is poured generously over the chicken roll to create a fascinating flavor.

The “Special Cocktail (SAKE & Peach)” (900 yen) is to be enjoyed with the “Chicken Roll (Beet & Mango). This cocktail was created in the spirit of “Let’s invent a new menu item with an unprecedented combination! This cocktail was born from the idea of “inventing a new menu with a combination that has never been tried before! The sweetness of the peach melting into the sake is enchanting. The shiso leaves add a refreshing touch. Both dishes can be enjoyed in the open-air atmosphere of Restaurant Sakura Terrace Seating.
