Chew on a special menu featuring a new area motif at Tokyo DisneySea’s Chef’s Imagination! Captain Hook’s Desserts at Magellan’s!

Tokyo DisneySea will hold a new special event, the Tokyo DisneySea Food & Wine Festival, from April 1 to June 30. Under the theme of “Explore the World through Food,” the festival will feature cuisine from countries around the world, with eight themed ports as the main attractions.

The “Chef’s Imagination” menu, which will be available until August 31 to coincide with the event, features courses that depict the world of Fantasy Springs, a new themed port that will have its grand opening on June 6.

Magellan’s is offering a course based on the theme of “Peter Pan’s Neverland” during this period. The “Chef’s Imagination Special Course with Pairing Wine” (16,500 yen) is filled with the chef’s specialties in each dish.

The course begins with hors d’oeuvres inspired by Pixie Hollow, the fairy valley where the “Fairy Tinkerbell’s Busy Buggy” attraction is set. The “Snow Crab and Scallop Gateau” is served with balsamic vinegar with powder that sparkles like pixie dust.

Next is “Hamo Millefeuille Style, White Asparagus Purée”. This one is inspired by the “Look Out Cookout,” a restaurant full of Lost Kids’ ideas. It represents a gathering of Lost Kids.

The main dish is “Roasted Japanese Beef Fillet with Gravy Sauce. The roast beef with gravy sauce, a traditional British dish, evokes the “Peter Pan’s Neverland Adventure” attraction.

And lastly, the “Mixed Berry Cake with Raspberry Sorbet,” featuring the red attire typical of Captain Hook of the Villains. The entire course is designed to give you a sense of the world of the story, the new area, and the characters.

Moreover, this course comes with the best combination of wines! Please enjoy a luxurious time while relaxing and thinking about the new theme port.
