Follow the movie with a course! With Chef’s Imagination at Tokyo DisneySea, the story of Rapunzel begins on your plate!

Tokyo DisneySea will launch a special event, “Tokyo DisneySea Food & Wine Festival,” on April 1. The theme of this first event is “Explore the World through Food,” and visitors will be able to enjoy cuisine from around the world based on the eight theme ports, with a focus on restaurants in the New York area of the American Waterfront.

Among them, “Chef’s Imagination,” a course inspired by the world of the new theme port “Fantasy Springs,” which will have its grand opening on June 6, has become a hot topic.

Introduced here is the “Chef’s Imagination – Special Set” (5,800 yen) at Ristorante di Canaletto, which was inspired by the “Rapunzel’s Forest” in the world of the movie “Rapunzel on the Tower. It is an experience that follows the story of the movie.

A forest with towering towers in the appetizer “Apple Mostarda with Duck, Mozzarella and Millet Salad and Prosciutto. In “Treccie, seafood and edamame in shiso basil sauce with kadaif,” the herb-infused pasta captures the moment of freedom as you step out onto the grass for the first time.

And the main course, “Beef Cutlet with Grappa Agrodolce Sauce with Nutty Mushroom Falus and Turnip and Purple Imo Risotto,” is a solid dish of the wildness of the ruffians who gather at the Snuggly Duckling, a tavern they stop at during their travels.

Dessert is “Cassis whipped cream and pineapple marinated gateau with almonds. A romantic scene of gazing at a lantern should come to your mind. You can enjoy all four dishes until the happy ending where you took a step forward with courage and captured your happiness.

A three-course “Special Pasta Set” (3,800 yen) is also available. If you are looking for a casual way to enjoy the world of the movie, be sure to check this out as well.
