Royal Food Services will open Royal Host Singapore Jewel Store, its first overseas directly managed store, in Jewel Changi Airport, a large shopping mall at Singapore Changi International Airport. The pre-opening is scheduled for June, with the grand opening on July 19.
The company is a subsidiary of Royal Sojitz International, a Singaporean subsidiary jointly owned by Royal Holdings and Sojitz. The company will establish a new business base in a facility adjacent to the world’s leading hub airport, which handles more than 58.9 million passengers annually.
The restaurants will offer a lineup of Royal Host’s standard Western-style menu items such as onion gratin soup, doria, and hamburgers. The company also plans to develop and sell original products from Singapore.
The sauces and other ingredients used in the signature dishes are prepared in a central kitchen in Japan and exported to Singapore, where they will be served with the same particular taste as in Japan.
