This event is held from the end of March to the beginning of April every year, when someiyoshino, yamazakura, and mamezakura cherry trees are at their best in the surrounding area.
In addition, a “Cherry Tunnel Festival” is being held from March 23 to April 7, mainly at the Gosho no Iri parking lot at the 4.5 km marker on the Hakone-Odawara main line. On the 31st, the day of the free café, there will be events such as a “ride in a car working on the expressway” and “traffic safety campaign, patrol car, motorcycle, and expressway patrol car display and ride experience.
