Sumisho Urban Kaihatsu has announced the opening of a new store at Terrace Mall Shonan (1-3-1 Tsujido Kamidai, Fujisawa City, Kanagawa Prefecture), a commercial complex directly connected to JR Tsujido Station that is currently undergoing renovation.

From February to July, 26 new stores, including firsts in Kanagawa Prefecture, firsts in shopping centers, and firsts in the area, and a total of 40 stores, including remodeled stores, will open sequentially.
