I cruised around the Tokyo DisneySea Food & Wine Festival with my “Seasonal Gourmet Ticket Set” in hand! This could be a treasure chest of gastronomic delights!

In this issue, we report on how we enjoyed a culinary journey to restaurants of interest with the “Seasonal Gourmet Ticket Set” (3,600 yen) in order to enjoy this first-ever event.

Tokyo DisneySea is currently holding the “Tokyo DisneySea Food & Wine Festival” until June 30. Under the theme of “Explore the World through Food,” did you know that a large variety of delicious foods from countries around the world will be featured in the eight theme ports of Tokyo DisneySea?

First, get the “Seasonal Gourmet Ticket Set. Examine the menu items you are interested in with the leaflet.

If you want to enjoy the special event to the fullest, first get the “Seasonal Gourmet Ticket Set” (3,600 yen) and the free “Leaflet”.

The Seasonal Gourmet Ticket Set includes three food and drink tickets that can be exchanged for eligible food or drinks and a Souvenir Lunch Box (with drink holder). The solid construction makes it perfect for carrying the purchased menu items, and it can also be folded for compact carrying while traveling.

The “Leaflet” is filled with information about the restaurant and its menu! The leaflet can be used not only to find what you are looking for, but also as a guide when you have a hard time deciding which one to try. If you want to try them all, you can use the leaflet with a pen in hand to check them off as you go.

This event is centered in the New York area of the American Waterfront. It is nice to be able to get to the menu you are looking for quickly and easily without moving around. Even if you are in a tipsy mood from drinking, you can rest assured that you will not have to move around too much. Of course, it is also nice to be able to meet up with your friends for a quick bite to eat when you want to split up and purchase items from each restaurant.

First, we exchanged our tickets for the “Chicken Roll (Beet & Mango)” (800 yen) and “Special Cocktail (SAKE & Peach)” (900 yen), which were inspired by Mysterious Island and are currently being served at “Restaurant Sakura Terrace Seating”. And “Hot Dog (Curry)” (700 yen) available at “Delancey Catering” was chosen. This one is inspired by the “Arabian Coast.

The “Chicken Roll (Beet & Mango)” is a novel dish with the flavors of beet and mango, which is typical of Mysterious Island, where the scientific laboratory of the mysterious genius, Captain Nemo, is hidden.

It is inspired by the research of scientists who mix different ingredients to create something new. The tropical flavor of the mango, which comes from deep within the fruity flavor of the mango, was delicious and addictive.

The “Special Cocktail (SAKE & Peach),” also inspired by Mysterious Island, was a refreshing drink with shiso leaves. The sweetness of the peach blended with the sake made it an easy drink.

The “Hot Dog (Curry)” (700 yen) has an exotic flavor wrapped in the magic and mystery of the Arabian Coast! The curry-flavored sausage is topped with sour and spicy vindaloo ketchup. The spicy flavor was addictive.

Additional charge for dessert (3 tickets, so if you want to taste more than that, charge each time!) ), plus a “Candy Sweet Potato Sundae” (800 yen) at Liberty Landing Diner. This one is Port Discovery themed.

The sundae is inspired by the shape of the marina area in the future, a place beyond time and space where nature and science are in harmony, and the crunchy texture of the rice cake with the image of a rocky place and shiny Mitarashi (soybean flour) is inspired by a mysterious nightscape. The sundae is a fusion of various flavors, raising the level of deliciousness, and it certainly has something in common with Port Discovery.

In addition to the food and menu items introduced here, there are plenty of other options available for ticket redemption! There are many more alcoholic and soft drink items on the lineup, so you can combine drinks and food, or enjoy alcohol only, in a variety of arrangements!
