Walt Disney Japan will release jointly planned items with the rain goods brand Wpc. at the Disney Store on April 12.

The colors and designs, including a foldable sunshade parasol and arm covers, are easy to incorporate into daily life and will be useful in the coming season.

Wpc.] Parasol Foldable” (4,000-4,700 yen each) are designed with Marie from “Fashionable Cat,” Lady from “Wan Wan Monogatari,” and Belle from “Beauty and the Beast,” respectively.

It features a cute adult design with line art scalloped embroidery and plenty of frills on light-colored fabric. It also has a heat-shielding effect, UPF50+, and both UV cut rate and light-shielding rate of 99.9% or higher.

The fabric itself is coated with a waterproof polyurethane coating, making it useful in various situations such as strong sunlight and sudden rain.

The simple black design with one-pointed Mickey Mouse pattern is unisex. Compact and lightweight, it looks good to keep in a bag.

The Minnie Mouse pattern has an elegant rounded form when opened. There are also a number of elegant designs, such as gold on navy blue.

Also on sale at the same time are Disney Store original design “folding umbrellas” (3,500 yen each). When opened, the umbrellas feature the characters on the inside, making it easy to meet your “guesses” and smile even on rainy days.

The lineup includes Mickey & Friends and Nick Wilde from “Zootopia,” each with a pouch.

In addition, “arm covers” (3,000 yen each) to be used in combination with the parasol are also available. The arm covers can also be coordinated with the parasol design.

The Marie design is made of transparent white fabric with her face embroidered in pink color. It can be crumpled up and used as an accent for a coordinating look.

The UV-processed Minnie design features an embroidery that emphasizes the line art style & trademark large ribbon on both hands. The long type completely covers the back of the hands and can be used to protect against the summer sun.

This UV-protection product is even more effective when used in combination with sunscreen.
