Hilton and Daiwa Estate announced that Conrad Yokohama (6-103 Kitanakadori, Naka-ku, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture) is scheduled to open in 2027.
Conrad Hotels & Resorts, Hilton’s luxury brand, has approximately 50 hotels on five continents, and in Japan, in addition to Conrad Tokyo and Conrad Osaka, plans to open Conrad Nagoya in 2026.
It is also the second Hilton to open in Yokohama, following the Hilton Yokohama (6-2-2 Minatomirai, Nishi-ku, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture), Hilton’s flagship brand, which opened in 2023.
Conrad Yokohama is a 5-minute walk from JR Sakuragi-cho Station and a 2-minute walk from Bashamichi Station on the Minato Mirai Line, and is located on the 1st to 16th floors of the 40-story building with two basement levels in the “Kitanakadori Kita District A1/A2 Project (tentative name),” which also houses residences. The location is also convenient for access to tourist attractions such as Pacifico Yokohama, Landmark Tower, Red Brick Warehouse, and Chinatown.
The hotel will have a total of 272 guest rooms, mainly standard rooms of approximately 48m2, four food and beverage outlets, a gym, a spa, an indoor swimming pool, an executive lounge, a wedding chapel, and a ballroom and meeting space of approximately 360m2 that can accommodate banquet and conference demand.
