Nippon Travel Agency has put on sale a 2-day/1-night tour of Kinosaki and Yumura Onsen hot springs, with the express train “Hello Kitty Haruka” chartered for the outward journey.

The “Hello Kitty Haruka” limited express train is one of the Series 281 Limited Express Haruka-go trains running between Kansai Airport and Kyoto, Kusatsu, and Yasu, designed with a Hello Kitty motif.

This tour will be the first time for the train to travel on the San-in Line, so it will be a different section of the train than usual. Hello Kitty, who is celebrating her 50th anniversary, will be on board the train. You can also meet Hello Kitty in her special costume. In addition, there will be a fun raffle on board the train, as well as original Hello Kitty goods (Frixion ballpoint pen) and a commemorative boarding pass.

In addition, Hello Kitty and local characters will welcome you at the last stop, Kinosaki Onsen Station.

After arrival, visitors can choose from two plans: “Kinosaki Onsen Free Course” or “Course with Yumura Onsen Sightseeing” to enjoy the attractions of the Kitakinki region. The outline is as follows.
