Spring Airlines will launch its Narita-Shijiazhuang (Shijiazhuang) route on April 24. Shijiazhuang is the capital of Hebei Province, and this is the first scheduled flight between Shijiazhuang and the Japanese metropolitan area.
Shijiazhuang is also known as the birthplace of Zhao Yun, a general of the Three Kingdoms period, as well as for its existing historical buildings such as the Jeongding Old Town, Kaiyuan Temple, and Zhaozhou Bridge.
The aircraft will be an Airbus A320 (180/186 seats), with two round-trip flights per week on Wednesdays and Sundays. Ticket reservations can be made through the Spring Japan website.
