Merry Days announced the birth on March 22 of a baby Valley Blacknose Sheep at the tourist garden “Rosebery Tawada” (605-10 Tawada, Maibara, Shiga Prefecture).
The Valley Blacknose Sheep are native to Switzerland and are called the “cutest sheep in the world” because of their sharp contrasting black and white.

The public opening is scheduled for April 5 at 10:00 a.m. The park will also hold a name contest for visitors from April 5 to 21. Entries can be made through a QR code placed in the Valley Blacknose Sheep area (Wakuwaku Farm).
