Courtyard by Marriott Nagoya (1-17-6 Sakae, Naka-ku, Nagoya, Aichi) will offer afternoon tea in collaboration with British cosmetics and fashion brand Marie Quandt at The Lounge on the first floor. The period is from June 1 to August 31.
The theme is “English Garden Party” inspired by Marie Quandt’s limited edition oil-in-mist “The Misty Jet Set” to be released on June 7, and will feature beautiful sweets and savories that look like a garden full of seasonal flowers. The menu includes tiramisu that looks like a potted plant, citrus honey tarts decorated with bees and butterflies, strawberry and citrus mixed fruit jelly, pistachio macarons, roast beef sandwich on an English muffin, and fresh garden salad. These can be enjoyed with tea or coffee from the organic tea brand “Art of Tea”.
One “Marie Quandt Compact Mirror (white)” will also be given away to one person.
The price is 6,500 yen per person and two 2-hour sessions (12:00 – 14:00 / 14:30 – 16:30). Reservations can be made through the official website or by calling the restaurant directly at 052-228-2217.
