TKP announced a plan to operate an accommodation facility within “AEON MALL Hanyu” (2-281-3 Kawasaki, Hanyu City, Saitama Prefecture) from April 2025.
The hotel will use a 2,000 tsubo (approximately 1,860 square meters) area in the “nONIWA” commercial facility zone, which integrates a plaza, and will have 30 guest rooms in the form of trailer houses as the “TKP Cottage Hotel (tentative name)”. The hotel will be used for day use and barbecues, and some rooms will be available for accommodation with pets. In collaboration with tenants in the mall, plans call for the sale of plans incorporating saunas, esthetic treatments, and other amenities.
