On April 24, Tokyu Land Corporation, The Sankei Building, and Mitsubishi Jisho Residence, Inc. opened the website for Grandy Style Hotel & Resort Kyukaruizawa (691-1 and 691-10, Aza Yashikigami, Oaza Karuizawa, Karuizawa-machi, Kitasaku-gun, Nagano Prefecture) as the property begins sales in late June.
The hotel has 65 guest rooms. Each room is owned by an individual owner, and when available, rooms are sold and full-service hotel condominiums are offered. The average room size is approximately 76 m2, with rooms ranging from 51 to 118 m2, and all rooms have inner balconies and fireplaces.
An Italian restaurant will be attached to the building, and a restaurant terrace will be located in the area facing Kyu-Karuizawa Ginza Dori. The common area will have a large bathroom with sauna using hot water brought in from the Okuwa Hot Springs in Kita-Karuizawa.
In consideration of the environment, electricity for common areas will be supplied by solar panels, and charging facilities for electric vehicles will be provided.
