Tokyo DisneySea will hold the grand opening of its new theme port, Fantasy Springs, on June 6! Prior to the opening, it was unveiled to the press on May 7.
This time, we went to Oaken’s Okay Food, where you can enjoy a one-hand menu at Frozen Kingdom, themed on the world of the movie “Anna and the Snow Queen.
Oaken’s Okay Food is run by Oaken, the owner of the cabin with sauna featured in the film. The story goes that it is located right next to the walls of Arendelle Castle because it was originally a guard base. Anna and Elsa leased it to their friend Auken, who allowed them to renovate it and open the store!
The “Åken’s Fufu Bread (Cardamom & Meat)” (850 yen) can be tasted here. This one-hand menu item invented by Åken features a spiced meat filling with lingonberries, a classic Scandinavian berry, and cardamom. It tastes similar to a cardamom roll and will make you smile when you bite into it! By the way, the product name “Hoo Hoo” is a habit of Åken’s.
