In addition to the existing S size, three new sizes (SS, M, and L) will be available. They are available in deep black, light beige, and ash blue, with sizes and prices as follows.

On May 7, KURUKURU launched a new size of “STAND UP” suitcase with front opening function from its travel brand “MAIMO.

STAND UP

Size (W x D x H):

[SS] Approx. 39 x 25 x 42 cm

[M] Approx. 43.5 x 27 x 64.5 cm

[L] Approx. 50 x 29 x 74.5 cm

Weight: SS approx. 2.8 kg, M approx. 4 kg, L approx. 4.8 kg

Capacity: SS 28L, M 60L, L 88L

Price: SS 18,980 yen, M 22,980 yen, L 25,980 yen

The “STAND UP” series opens the front open pocket, and when the Velcro is removed, it opens 180 degrees to a full-open design, allowing access to the main compartment with the suitcase in an upright position. This allows access to the main compartment without having to lay the main body on its side, making it possible to take out luggage even where there is not enough space.

Casters are equipped with a stopper function. Braking can be applied by stepping on the stopper while standing. When the suitcase is stored indoors, the casters can be removed for washing. Spare casters are also included and can be replaced with an Allen wrench in case of malfunction.

The security lock is a TSA008 model, a dial PIN type that does not require a key. It is also equipped with an auto-lock function to prevent re-locking leaks.

When the mobile battery is stored inside the suitcase, it can be charged from two USB ports (Type-A and Type-C) located on the top surface. The new size supports USB PD (compatible battery required).
