JR West to Revise Fares in Keihanshin Metropolitan Area from April 1, 2025. Abolished classification within the Osaka Loop Line and expanded applicable area.

Current fares within the Osaka Loop Line: 1-3 km 130 yen, 4-6 km 160 yen, 7-10 km 180 yen

Train specific section: 1-3 km 130 yen, 4-6 km 160 yen, 7-10 km 180 yen

Trunk line (extended section): 1-3 km 150 yen, 4-6 km 190 yen, 7-10 km 200 yen

New fares (within the Osaka Loop Line, train specific sections, and trunk lines integrated) Train specific sections: 1-3 km 140 yen, 4-6 km 170 yen, 7-10 km 190 yen

*The above does not include the railroad station barrier-free fee.

Regular Passenger Fares The current fares applied within the Osaka Loop Line, train specific sections and trunk lines (expanded sections) will be integrated and leveled off to a 1.3% revised amount from the current train specific section fares. As for commuter pass fares, high school and college students will receive a 1 discount, junior high school students will receive a 3 discount, and elementary school students will receive a 3 discount on the child’s fare.
