On May 15, Minit Asia Pacific launched an online estimate and delivery repair service exclusively for suitcase caster repairs at Mr. Minit.
The online estimate form eliminates the need for customers to bring in their suitcases to confirm whether they can be repaired or not, as the experienced caster repair staff provides highly accurate estimates online in advance.
The standard reply time is from the next business day to within two business days. On weekends and holidays, replies will be made in order after the next business day.
If the online estimate determines that the product can be repaired, the customer can now bring it to a nearby Mr. Minute store or apply for a delivery repair service. For delivery repair, the outbound trip will be paid for, and the return trip will be sent back at a flat rate of 1,980 yen.
Replacement of casters is 2,750 yen per caster for the 1-wheel type and 3,850 yen per caster for the 2-wheel type.
