The Hawaii Tourism Authority will begin visitor pre-registration and reservations for seminars and workshops at the official website and event application for HAWAI’I EXPO 2024, an event where visitors can experience Hawaiian culture.
Visitors can pre-register for the event, check seminar/workshop details and make reservations, view detailed stage program details and schedules, a list of exhibitors, and access to the venue. In addition to the above, the event app will also provide push notifications of venue congestion and the latest information.
There will be a total of three venues in Ebisu, with the main venue “EBiS303” (Ebisu Subaru Building 3F, 1-20-8 Ebisu, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo) where stage performances and exhibitions by Hawaiian companies can be seen.
One of the satellite venues, “PORTAL POINT -Ebisu-” (B1F Garden Price Glass Square, 4-20-4 Ebisu, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo) will have a booth selling Made in Hawaii products and food and drink.
Another satellite venue, SPACE6 (Yebisu Garden Place 4F, 4-20-4 Ebisu, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo), will host seminars and workshops. The two-day event will be held from June 1 to June 2, and admission is free.
Pre-registration is required for admission only at the main venue, EBiS303.
