Tokiwa-kan will reopen in early August the hot spring facility “Kumojo-no-Teppanjo” (in Hishino Onsen Tokiwa-kan, 762-2 Hishidaira, Komoro City, Nagano Prefecture), which is accessible by mountain railway.
The facility will include an infinity open-air bath “Kumosuke” currently under renovation, an outdoor sauna “Sauna SpaceTOJIBA” and a new cafe “Hishino Forest Cafe & Bar Waiting Room without Timetable” where visitors can taste local brand liquors and drinks.
The outdoor sauna and the large bathhouse in the Tokiwa-kan will remain open during the open-air bath construction period, and can be used without staying overnight (4,400 yen on weekdays, 4,800 yen on weekends and holidays).
