JAL and JR Hokkaido have teamed up to offer a tour of Hokkaido (Sapporo, Hakodate, Shiraoi, Noboribetsu, Asahikawa, and Furano) on the chartered train “HOKKAIDO LOVE! JAL hometown ambassadors/supporters will provide hospitality on the train, and local municipalities will offer elaborate welcomes at some stations.
JALPAC has released “5-6 Days Autumn Tour of Hokkaido with JAL Furusato Ambassador and Special Charter Train ‘Hitomeguri-go'” for departures on October 11 only.

In addition, as a special project for JALPAC’s 60th anniversary, Hokkaido wine and sake will be sold on board. There are also a number of optional tours available only for this product, including a selection of optional tours jointly planned by students of the Sapporo International University Tourism Department and JALPAC planning staff.
Approximate prices (as of 3:40 p.m. on May 15) are 217,600 yen per person for the Standard Plan and 367,200 yen per person for the Upgrade Plan (4 nights/5 days/arrival and departure from Haneda/accommodation for 2 persons).
As an early application discount, a 20,000 yen discount per person will be offered for reservations made by June 13, and a 10,000 yen discount per person will be offered for reservations made by August 12.
The upgrade plan includes a hotel with hot spring baths for the second and third nights, a higher grade lunch on the train, and drinks including alcohol in the “lounge car.
