Posted on 2024-05-202024-06-07 by Editor in Chief

On May 20, Kita Osaka Kyuko Railway announced the introduction of “Lost and Found Cloud Find,” which allows users to inquire about lost and found items on LINE. The service is scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m. on June 17.

With the introduction of the service, customers will be able to inquire about lost and found items delivered to Kita-Osaka Kyuko stations (Midori-ji-Koen Station to Minoh Kayano Station) 24 hours a day from LINE. The company also plans to improve the lost-and-found conversion rate through AI-based lost-and-found registration and image search.

Inquiries received by 8:00 p.m. will be handled until 9:00 p.m. on the same day, and those received after 8:00 p.m. will be handled the following day. Inquiries can be made via chat to the dedicated LINE account (@kitakyu_find).
