On May 21, Booking Resort began accepting reservations for “Wankoto Oyado Hiroshima Kusatsu So” (1-15-5, Kusatsu Higashi, Nishi-ku, Hiroshima City, Hiroshima Prefecture), an inn where you can stay with your dog, on “resortglamping.com.
Wankoto Oyado Hiroshima Kusatsu Sou” opened in May, and is a dog-friendly inn that accepts only one couple per day.
Located in Hiroshima City, which is convenient for sightseeing access, the villa is a one-room villa with a private dog run, and a dog concierge will support your trip during your stay.
Rooms utilize flooring that is non-slip for dogs, and the all-cypress bathrooms can be entered with dogs. Dog-friendly bath amenities are also available.
For dinner, guests can choose between “glamping BBQ” using ingredients from Hiroshima or “Botan-nabe,” which is served in the room, and handmade natural food for dogs that is gentle on their health. For the BBQ, a concierge will be on hand as a grill master to assist with cooking so that you can spend more time with your dog.
There are also hands-on activities that you can enjoy with your dog, such as “making okonomiyaki for dogs” and “tasting treats”.
Dog dishes, toilet seats, beds, and gauges are provided, so you can stay with the minimum amount of luggage necessary. There is no limit on the number of dogs, but prior consultation is required only for multiple large dogs (25 kg or more).
