Tokyo Metro and the Tokyo Metropolitan Transportation Bureau will launch the “Eco-Bonus W Campaign,” which offers rank scores and points five times higher on the membership point services Metro Point Club (Metopo) and ToKoPo when using Tokyo Metro and Toei Transportation.
Eligible days are Saturdays and Sundays in June, and also June 5 (Environment Day) for Metopo only. It is applied when you register PASMO for the respective point service.
For Metopo, a Holiday Ride Rank Score of 350 will be awarded, five times the normal 70, if you ride the Tokyo Metro on an eligible day.
In addition, June 5 was added as an eligible date for the “Unlimited Metro on Holidays” program, which offers full points back for the following month for charges on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays during the current month if an advance registration fee of 2,000 yen is paid by the end of the previous month.
In the case of ToKoPo, users of Toei Subway, Nippori-Toneri Liner, Tokyo Sakura Tram, and Toei Bus on the applicable days will receive 5 times 10 points instead of the usual 2 points.
