(TKP) has concluded a franchise agreement with APA Hotel and will open “APA Hotel Kyoto Gojo Omiya (tentative name)” (467 Minamimonzen-cho, Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto-shi, Kyoto) on July 23.
The hotel has 122 rooms in total, 66 double rooms and 56 twin rooms including 3 rooms with open-air baths, on 8 floors from the first basement floor, and a lounge on the first floor that can be used for meetings, get-togethers, or as a breakfast venue.
TKP operates 26 lodging facilities nationwide, including pre-openings, and 12 APA Hotel franchise hotels, but this will be the first to open in Kyoto and the first franchise APA Hotel to offer rooms with an open-air bath.
