JR East Trading will release products in collaboration with Ideaport’s VagieBAG, a bag that allows vegetables to be stored standing up, on June 5.
There are two types: “Suica no Penguin VegieBAG FRAP” (6,380 yen) and “Suica no Penguin VegieBAG MINI BUCKET” (4,620 yen). They will be sold at the “TRAINIART” railroad goods store and the “TRAINIART JRE MALL” e-commerce store.
Suica’s Penguin VegieBAG FRAP is a bag decorated with Suica’s penguin and footprints, with a magnetic closure flap to hide the contents. It measures 30 x 12 x 23 cm (W x D x H) and is large enough to hold a 500 mL PET bottle standing up.
Suica’s Penguin VegieBAG MINI BUCKET is a bag designed with a Suica penguin and a child penguin peeking out of its pockets. Measuring 15 x 15 x 19 cm, it is small but has a large number of pockets, making it suitable for walks and small outings.
Both bags are made of 16 oz. canvas fabric and are self-supporting. Additionally, they come with a shoulder strap.
